Preparation before use of non-woven fabric machine
1.Put the winding rod in place, start the main engine power and the frequency conversion controller, and then slowly rotate the frequency conversion speed regulating switch.
2.If you need to count, you can set the number of pieces or meters you want on the counter.
3.According to the characteristics of various fabrics, adjust the two tension of the fabric to make it neither tight nor loose.
4.If the product comes out and punches unevenly, it can be adjusted through the adjusting device of the spiral puncher until it is uniform.
5.If the product is too loose or not tight, it can be adjusted through the product air pressure compression adjustment device.
6.Conduct trial operation; After startup, speed up appropriately and observe whether the above adjustment results are normal. If not, continue to adjust the previous steps; If it is normal, set the production speed to the folding state of the machine.
